Kimberly is currently pursuing a B.S. in Editing, Writing & Media from the English Department at Florida State University. She has already attained a minor in Communication and plans to expand her horizons by completing a minor in Hispanic Marketing Communication as well. Kimberly spends most of her time in the Williams building; you can usually find her sitting on a window sill reading a book before classes.
In her spare time, Kimberly likes to paint. One of her favorite things to do is play the piano which she has been practicing for over nine years. She also enjoys writing short stories, and is working to get her pieces published.
Kimberly grew up in Fort Lauderdale, FL and loves going to the beach. However, she loves the Chicago area and has deep family roots there. Although she is not sure if she can survive the winters, she loves that there is a beach in the city, even though the water is definitely too cold for her to swim in.
